I was a little apprehensive about attending this location due to previous reviews but I am so happy to have attended this location. I was assisted by Marion and she was an absolute delight. She was friendly, professional, and helped me with everything I needed help with. Keep up the good work :

Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. I was looking for assistance with my credit card and Arusha essentially told me she wouldn’t help me out. Provided NOTHING in terms of help, just told me that I have to eat crow. Not once did they contact me about my credit issues, and they refused to provide ANY help whatsoever. Done with Scotiabank as a client of over 2 decades because of this experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the actual manager who knows nothing. Unwilling and incapable of helping sort out basic banking needs. Do not bring your business here. I wish I could give it less than one star.

Ridiculous customer service. Tried ro call and setup an appointment for my son to open his new account and received 0 help. Going somewhere else and shutting down my accounts after dealing with them, and thier headaches, for 30+ years.

Yesterday I go to the bank to deposit cheque and the Indian girl name jasmeet start looking my account I just ask to deposit cheque but she open my new account instead I told her I don’t want any account still she open and took my signature by saying that she is canceling the accountnWill Never go there so bad service
