I had an awful experience here. The owners are unprofessional and can not be trusted to turn out a good product. I spend far too much time helping the owner with her computer program so we could choose the font etc for our silk screening project. The owner and her husband warned me after much wasted time and after paying for the service that they did not feel fully confident that they could etch our champagne glasses without destroying them. When I showed her that the glasses cost 82$ she became very nervous and inspite of my attempts to discuss the matter she made it clear if she destroyed our property she would not warrantee her work whatsoever. I decided to leave her my items (champagne glasses, knife and cake serve set and the material purchased as per her request for silk screen project). I told her I would call her back the next day to tell her our decision as to what items I wanted her to do and which ones I would pick up for refund. She agreed this would be fine. While we made this decision we witnessed the husband make an error on a sword project right before our eyes. The next day when I called her to tell her I had decided to have the etching done on the knife and glasses from a company that warranties their work she agreed that would be fine for me to pick up the items for a refund and that she would work on the silk screening project for me asap for our wedding date in 3 weeks. She explained how she had plenty of time and would email the finished template to me within the week for approval. When we went there the next day to pick up the other items and receive a refund a different person was running the store and gave us all the items refusing to do the silk screening project stating that there would not be enough time to complete the project. I do not recommend this store at all.

Set In Stone is a fantastic shop for anyone looking for something custom. I ordered all of my wedding thank you gifts through the lovely husband and wife team. They were patient and would do anything I desired but would give it to me straight if I wanted something beyond their capabilities. What makes them truly unique is their willingness to try different things. Many of the other places I went to would not work with me unless I wanted something fast, easy, and straight out of their shop selection. I would highly recommend Set In Stone to friends and family.
