Consulate General of Ukraine

Didn't have problems before, not big at least. I don't want to call names, in the beginning the woman was helpful but by the end, when i asked in emails to clarify things, she just stopped answering as i guess she thought she answered everything enough. Once I called(after 2pm as is asked), after finally reaching the consulate on my 9th attempt, she became rude and even mocked my Russian words... The man there, Sviatoslav, is usually understanding and helpful though.

Very polite and fast service. Made a new foreign passport in less than 2 months. Apply for it- 15 minutes. Great job!

The communication with Ivanna, I had the other day, was disgusting. She gave me a bunch of not competent and unprofessional replies. She interrupted and hung up on me when I was calling. Unfortunately, the reputation of whole agency can be ruined by one person.
