What a sweet pun intended but also appropriate little gem this turned out to be! So many treat/dessert choices, amazing, nostalgic atmosphere inside, and delicious ice cream in my belly now! We will definitely be back!
Went with my 6yo daughter one Sunday afternoon. Kind of reminded me of a museum of movie props and articles bonus points for the Vader helmet!. Got the salted caramel fudge brownie shake, and my daughter a small mint choc chip. The young girl that served us was so friendly and accommodating, she was really fantastic. Couldn't believe the size of the small, 3 scoops! We took it home after, and she enjoyed the rest later. My shake was probably the best I've ever had. Will be coming back with the rest of the family.
Stopped for a treat on our way back from spending the evening at Terra Lumina, so many things on the menu, but we tried the birthday cake and the fruit loops cones which were great!
What a delightful experience. This was my first time visiting and I was fortunate enough to be the first of many during the rush. The young lady who took my order was extremely charismatic. My order was an Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake & Ferraro Rocher Milkshake. 9/10
What place can you find delicious poutine, shakes, banana splits and ice cream all in 1 place? Cones and Characters! Their poutine uses a mushroom based gravy which is perfect and its not overly salty, the fries are perfectly fried, good thickness to hold up to the gravy and cheese. There are some hand scooped ice cream flavours, 3 different soft serve flavours vanilla, chocolate and twist with a boat load of topping combinations to choose from. There's a choice of milk or dark chocolate to dip your cones anymore so it offers a great balance to the sweetness of the toppings. There are different sized cones, waffle cones, sugar cones and regular cups. This place also gets extra points because of the next level hygiene and attention to detail. Their bathroom is open for public use and is clean. The staff uses gloves and changes them to take and prepare each order and a pen to hit the buttons of the Interac Console so the customers don't touch the same thing. There is 1 staff only but service is quick and attentive. I highly recommend a visit to this gem!
So good, shakes are better than the Blizzard at DQ. Cones beautiful toppings and cone had the soft serve next time I'll get scoop over all everything is good and price is really fair for what you get.
Had this delicious mutant shake called strawberry shortcake. It was pretty tasty the shake had few chunks of cake. It does look messy but its really good. The cakes were moist and tasted good. Next time i will try another flavour. It was not too expensive with the jar 15.99 but without jar in disposable it was 10.99.
great place for deliciousice cream the soft serve ice cream is thick and tasty. great flavors and options. vanilla or chocolate or twist. they even have fries Belgium style. definitelycome here for a quick delicious snack.
Cute little ice cream shop. We came here on a Tuesday and they had toonie Tuesday which meant it was $2 for a kiddie scoop. Staff is friendly and portions are reasonable. Would come back again.
A must if you are an ice cream lover or foodie in general. My husband and I both decided to try something different and got different flavours of banana splits. This was my first one and it was amazing. We also have tried their milkshakes... MOUTH WATERING.
