Golden Bubbles

Perfect spot to grab a nice dessert on a Friday night. The staff at this location were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to converse with. I ordered the matcha red bean signature waffle in the small/mini size. This was a good size after eating a heavy dinner just prior. Refreshing dessert and I would recommend to folks to visit if they haven’t tried! Bravo!

Not so bad waffles, the chocolate toppings and the banana for me blends well and made the flavour better, but the chocolate waffle alone i'd say needs a little bit more.. well.. chocolate flavour. Overall, its above average. I have a sweet tooth, i got the bigger size, and the portion was too much for me, not complaining though, its a good thing. Service is great though. Price is reasonable. Place is clean.

Dropped by unexpectedly for some ice cream! Ordered the mini Brown Sugar Ice Cream Waffle total ~$9 as a dessert to share between two. Took around 10-15 minutes as there was an order in front of us. Thought the interior was nice, hand sanitizer was available at the front but also, was empty lol. They make the egg waffle fresh! Came with two scoops of vanilla icecream, brown sugar drizzle and boba on top. Definitely enjoyed it, was scared it would be too sweet since it is brown sugar, but the egg waffle itself wasn’t too sweet to balance out the brown sugar, boba and ice cream. My partner who typically doesn’t enjoy sweets thought it was good. Although good, we thought $9 for a mini was a little expensive but I would come again to try other flavours.

Such a delicious waffle. The place is so clean and wait time is also just 5 minutes. The waffles were soft and crunchy at the same time. Amazing taste and absolutely best customer service.

Black sesame and matcha ice creams were delicious. The waffle is also delicious but the difference between the original and the flavoured ones is quite subtle. The mini size is perfect and you can easily substitute flavours. Really yummy place for a sweet treat!

We had the pleasure of having Golden Bubbles for our late night station for our November wedding. We chose to have a bubble waffle and ice cream station package along with hot milk tea to serve our guests. Everyone loved that they got to choose their own toppings and have a fresh waffle made on the spot. We truly could have never chose a better late night option for our wedding! Thank you Alan and Annie for all of the communication over the months and making our wedding night truly a success!

This is my favourite place to get bubble waffles because they have such a large menu and best of all: they have mochi waffles. So far I've tried the taro mochi waffle and the milk tea mochi waffle. They both tasted good but my favourite is the taro one. The mochi texture is nice and chewy, and the waffles are made fresh right in front of you. The staff are friendly. I intend to come back and try other flavours from the menu. I hope Golden Bubbles will open a location in Toronto.

Boba and waffles were delicious! We got the matcha macchiato, lychee green tea, takoyaki waffle and matcha mochi waffle and enjoyed them all~ Staff were also super friendly!

We've been to the Midland and Finch location a few times, and it can get busy, so there may be a bit of a wait. I've found that the quality has been a little hit or miss: sometimes the bubble waffles are warm and crispy, other times a little soggy, etc. On our visit today, we got the black sesame and taro, and they were only okay. Specifically, the black sesame waffle was warm, but the taro one was cold, even though we got them at the same time. Although it's not my favourite egg waffle place, it's definitely a decent option, and we'll likely continue to go there if we're in the plaza!

Nice waffle & ice cream take out spot. They have a few signature waffe&ice cream combinations to choose from and a option to customize. [ Strawberry short cake ] The dessert looks good, taste good. It's a bit awkward to eat if you trying to have a bit of everything with each bite. Overall it did satisfy my craving for sweets. Sidenote: They do offer drinks on their menu as well.
