DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Ordered 2 Chicken Strip Baskets, a Blizzard and Milk Shake. Took 20 minutes sitting at the pick up window before food came out. Both of the Chicken Baskets had only 3 pieces of Chicken, not the 4 or 6 that come with the meal. The Toast was also missing from both orders.we did not order the $7 Box, if we had we would of gotten a drink and a Sundae. No drinks were ordered, no sundaes were ordered. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this location. To bad, since it the closets one to us.

My daughter requested a silly cake-a penguin with a fish in its mouth and DQ delivered in under 24 hours!!! The decorator there is outstanding!!!

Worker flipped blizzard over to show me it defying gravity but it ended up spilling ALL over counter…JK, that didn’t happen. It was delicious we got blizzards and the chicken tender basket

The dairy queen down the road in riverdale is genuinely awful and the staff are abusive. Just go to this one, this dairy queen is great.Food: 5/5

Disappointed I paid $52 for 2 undecorated cakes . A 10 and an 8". When I picked them up they had trim on both. I wanted to decorate them myself, so I had to either wait or pick them up at a different time. No discount was offered. I do want to go on record to say that the staff was very friendly.

It took 18 minutes to receive an order for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a pop. That’s a very long time for something pretty basic - especially when others that arrived after you get their food sooner. There was also an additional charge for bbq sauce, which generally comes with a bacon cheeseburger anywhere else. On the positive side, it was a decent burger.

I have been meaning to write a review of this DQ location for awhile now, I moved to the area a couple yrs ago and have visited this DQ quite a bit and I have always had a great experience. I have always gone thru drive-thru, and you usually have to wait a bit for your hot food but thats ok because they bring it out to you piping hot and freshly made every single time! I am always impressed with the high quality of the food and service here and the workers are all very nice and friendly--Kudos to this franchise--you guys are doing everything right!!
