Excellent service, I came in with a broken laptop that 5 other stores told me to replace it with laptops from there stores and this store fixed my laptop in 2 days.

This gentleman cares about his customers. He stayed after closing hours to help me . I also had an issue with my keyboard and he stayed there helping me until it was fixed . He did go above for me and I appreciated it . He does care about his customers .

Horrible customer service. I dropped of my laptop to get fixed and the gentleman explained there was a $65 fee just to do that. I said okay, please go ahead with that and fix whatever the issue is. After 3 weeks, I had to follow up myself to be told he had not started working on my laptop, because I had not returned to pay the $65 fee, which is apparently an upfront charge. I apologize for the delay and asked if he could get started with the repairs and I would pay for everything once it was fixed. He refused to continue working on my laptop until I return to the store to pay him upfront, just to look into the problem. When I said I would like to get my laptop to get fixed else where, he is now demanding $45 just to get my own laptop back, and mind you, he hasn't done any repairs, or even diagnosed the problem. NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. VERY SHADY. INCREDIBLY DIRTY AND UNORGANIZED STORE SHOULD LET YOU KNOW HOW BUSINESS IS RUN.
