Star Electronics

Anyone can buy from a box store from an associate who has some basic knowledge. However, if you want to have confidence that your purchase is the right match for you, and you want to be able to go back for help if it is needed, or you need service even after the warranty is over, and you want a great price, then Star Electronics is in my opinion a great place. Razvan sold me a system years ago, and replaced a speaker driver that failed out of warranty, and recently he sold me my upgraded receiver. Both times he was able to save me money by selling me what I really needed, not what I convinced myself I needed. Honest and insightful, helpful and able to negotiate on price, in person.

Razvan and Sevan are both kind, considerate and very helpful gentlemen. They are knowledgeable and are concerned with their customer's satisfaction and pursuit of sonic bliss. They make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, and are willing to help you get the equipment to suit your needs. While their excellent pricing is a very good thing, their knowledge, kind professional attitude, and helpfulness are much more important and valuable. I look forward to my next Linn purchase from them. Cheers

My old Rotel amp died on me a while back. I figured that I was going to have to drop $2000 dollars to replace it. However, Razvan and Sevan asked me how I was going to use the new component and about the rest of my existing system. They suggested a tuner that cost only about $700. So if you want to go it alone and spend more money on line or at a big box store, go ahead. If you want advice and value on what you should have, go to Star Electronics!

This is a great store for a certain kind of customer, the one who wants no compromising on quality for price. Knowledgeable and friendly, with some of the very high end audio equipment available. If you are serious about your audio, this is the place for you. Buying audio equipment is an emotional experience. Kudos to Razvan.
