The owner was very nice and answered all of my questions even though I didn't make a purchase that day.

Peter built my last desktop computer and has also helped me tremendously with my laptop and printer. My laptop's hard drive was damaged so he replaced it. I had been doing backup faithfully but didn't realize that it wasn't backing up my documents. I was so dismayed at losing these, but Peter made the effort to call me to say he could get them back by putting my old drive in, taking off the documents, and then replacing the new drive. Needless to say, I was extremely relieved. Thank you, Peter!
