Comme Chez Soi Restaurant

Intimate restaurant. We've been there twice. Had something different each time on the special menu. The food was delicious. The staff was fantastic! Very helpful and made you feel very comfortable.

Discovered this place 3 years ago when my fridnd and I were strolling up and down the village looking for a place to eat. The mussels were excellent, and I loved how the bread came in an almost treasure chest-like box. Very nice ambiance!

I've been twice with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed our meals both times. Today I had the daily special which was a Belgian waffle with 3 pieces of fried chicken drizzled with a hot honey mustard sauce which was suprisingly very tasty, it was accompanied with a cucumber, radish, apple and dill slaw which was also very tasty. Service was very friendly. Bottle of beer are expensive but that is expected for 8% + belgian imports especially if you've been to places like bier markt or the old bieres et compagnies. Overall a good experience, aestetically the place needs some updating but my girlfriend said she liked the decor. Negative responses probably from stuck up west islanders, who think they are almighty food critics lmao
