Pizzeria marcello

Rather hard to place an order when their telephone goes straight to voice mail and their voice mail is full. Edited to add - I drove by after posting this review. The place is closed, the lights are off and if I am not mistaken, the sign has been removed as well.

Very tasty pepperoni and mushroom sub! So far the best sub I had in the west-island. A notch better than San Leone in Dorval which would be the second best for me. Still doesn't beat what I believe to be the best in Montreal, Martini Pizzeria. The pizza was tasty as well but mine today was a little overcooked so it turned out dry. But overall a nice small joint with friendly staff. I would recommend for the subs alone.

We just had the most excellent pizza we've ever eaten in a long, long time. Good, old-fashioned ingredients made in the traditional, southern Italian thin crust way, and the toppings were delicious! An added bonus to our meal was meeting the owner, Mr. Marcello himself, who displayed a passion for the food he prepares along with being a very lovable character. The locale is rather small, so take-out or home delivery is the way to go.

First pizza was amazing, after that three burnt pizza in a row They tried to cover it up by cutting off the crust. Disappointed

Terrific pizza and friendly staff. I went for the first time this week and I'm certain I found a new favorite pizza place! The Marcello special, meat pizza is great. In general the crust is thin and perfectly crunchy, with a pleasant sauce that's not too acidic. I will definitely be going back for more!
