Comfort Inn

Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying over in Guelph. The manager, Kapil, went out of his way to get me into a room with a soft bed. Great customer service. Above and beyond. Through the week I met many staff and found them all extremely accommodating and very friendly. Great room, better staff. Five Stars *****

Clean. Quiet. Modern (new) furnishings and decor. Friendly staff. Wifi in each room. Breakfast (included) was just right. I will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and nice. Bed comfortable, and hotel conveniently located. However, upon check-in, the person at the desk while not rude, wasn't exactly friendly or welcoming either. When heading to my room I smelled the distinct odor

The location was convenient. But, as I've experienced in every choice hotels owned hotel, the room has an odd smell to it, like they found the cheapest, oddest smelling air freshener, and then dumped the entire bottle into the room. The room service was alright. They keycard worked about 1/30 tries so it was annoying to keep trying until the room accepted it. The shower had low water pressure. But, it was cheap ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
