Royal Inn & Suites

Exactly what we needed for my Bachelor Party. Close to downtown, the place was clean, and I got 8 guys into two rooms with 2 queen beds each. My primary concern before we got there was bed bugs, but the place is definitely clean. Other than that, the place was what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. I would go again!

Perfectly located downtown near all the cool bars and hip restaurants. You won’t be disappointed if you’ll expect very little in regards to the confort of this hotel. The rooms are somewhat rundown (especially the mattresses) and very out of date. Nevertheless the staff is always friendly and welcoming... just as long as you behave because this hotel is notorious for its party goers. So expect some noises.

If i could put zero stars i would. This place is disgusting and in a very sketchy area. Would not recommend this to anyone at all. Crackheads standing in the parking lot by everyones cars looking very suspicious. Walked into the room and was grossed out completely and went to the front desk to ask for a refund as i was not staying there. The front desk lady was extremly rude and would not refund me. I left anyway and would never tell anyone to set foot in there. Terrible experience and hotel of horrors

There was quite a few things wrong with this hotel. There was a huge crack in the ceiling in the bathroom, our phone in the room didn’t work, the water in the shower goes from really hot to freezing cold! The only reason we stayed there was because it’s very close to the sleman centre.

You get what you pay for. He rooms aren't bad but the hallways are narrow and the place is rundown inside and out. Located right next to the bus terminal so there is always lots of traffic outside, but easy to get around if you're travelling.
