Very good experience while staying at this hotel. The room I stayed in was well kept, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom pristine. They did have the fridge not cold enough and because of the snow they had snowplowing out the window around 1-2 am unfortunately. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were booked by my employer, they paid a deposit on the room of $200 for the multiple rooms they booked and when I checked in I was asked to pay that deposit again. Again. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. , room was clean but when I checked out early morning they allow a homeless individual to smoke in between the doors of the lobby. He had a whole little living area set up. I understand homelessness is a crisis but please don't allow them smoke inside the lobby of the hotel so I have to step over them
I travel a lot and it's nice to see a hotel that is still offering free breakfast. Not only are they offering breakfast, but it was great. Bacon, sausage, two types of eggs, waffles, and the usual toast, begals, cereal, juices. Great job for not only still offering breakfast, but a great job at that.
Saturday November 18 2023 we stayed at this hotel. It was like there was a riot taking place. Literally a party in the hallway on the 3rd floor, our floor, until past 1AM. Complaints to the front desk did NOTHING to resolve this. Complained to the front desk Sunday morning with the promise of a call from the manger. By 2:30 PM Monday I had not heard form Hilton. Called head office, they put me through to the local manager. I have a coupon for a free night at that hotel. However I don't plan to stay there ever again. Too little too late. What I really wanted was a refund. Our Sunday was horrible, sleep deprived and exhausted. Sunday night was spent in a IHG property. As far a Hilton cooperate, they had no interest in dealing with this issue at a franchised location. So Hilton head office, you get 1 star too.
Horrible customer service, would never recommend staying here. Had issue with my original booking booked over the phone and requested a queen room ended up with king size bed for my family of 5. I was told this my fault . During our stay we had a family emergency and had to leave before even staying one night . When I left I spoke with someone at the counter telling them I was checking out . Where I was then asked multiple times why we were leaving which is wasn’t their business after telling I was told I would be refunded for my stay. A week has past and the charge was still on my credit card so I called and was told I was being billed for both nights even though we didn’t stay one night.nnBeware of this hotel !
