I took my 30-year-old Babylock serger to Colton Service when it stopped working properly. One week later it's home and working perfectly. I was pleased with the friendly, prompt service and very pleasantly surprised at the bill. Thank you!

My machine needed basic maintenance and cleaning. The service was great and quick; less than 1 week. Mark was always available when I called, and is super friendly and helpful. Disaster struck when a large cabinet fell off the wall and landed on my top line sewing machine and serger, pushing them to the floor. The sewing machine’s computer didn’t work, and the serger was actually bent! I thought they were goners, but Colton Service fixed them both, even doing some “plastic” surgery on the serger to repair cracks in the outer case. I also sent a couple of other machines for service, and all are back, working like new, for a very reasonable charge. Thanks so much, Mark & Lorena!

Pick up and drop off! Picked up in only a couple days and back one week later. Great price and my Pfaff is working amazingly well. I will only use Colton service from now on.

My experience was very negative. Communication was delayed and when my machine was returned it was only partially repaired. The delay in communication created a delay in getting the machine back. When it was returned the 2nd time the tension was not right so it will go back again. I do hope the warrant only begins once the machine has been completely corrent.

From troubleshooting, to repair, to answering my questions, and finally to servicing, Mark completed it all, quickly and efficiently. My machine runs like new. Thank you for your top-notch service.
