Customer Service! At the time of my needs, I had many doubts. I spoke with an agent on the phone and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He was accurate in his quote of costs, and was as specific as possible about problems that might arise. Then they were able to get my car into their shop quickly and complete the works with excellent quality and speed. The problem that did occur was resolved with ease and minimal cost. The final result is that my car now performs better than it ever has.

I had a flat tire and they were able to help me out quickly and at a great price. While I was there, I inquired about replacement tires for my 40-year old car and they stock them, and at a competitive price.  The location is very convenient. Nice to go to uptown New Westminster rather than an industrial park.  I will definitely be buying my next set of tires there.

OMG these guys always go above and beyond!  I’ve already decided to be a lifetime customer of Kal Tire since a few years back when impressed by their customer service. And that was why I came back for an oil change. It didn’t go well at first when they failed to fulfill my appointment on time and had to push me to the second day. Then they did it for free without me asking - totally unnecessary since I was more than willing to pay for quality service. But it did make me feel way better. Thank you!  Kal Tire deserves all the best businesses. My only place to go for tires, period.

Very honest service. I was just there to get my tire fixed I took my chances since I went to my car dealership and ask them if they could fix my tire issue, they told me it cannot be fixed and told me I have to get a new tire witch will cost me around $300 for one tire. This guys from Kal Tire location fixed it for me FOR FREE! Thank you so much! I will definitely come back for other service that I need for my car. Professional people. Thank you

I went into Kal tire last week, with no appointment. In hopes to get my one tire looked at for a slow leak. The reception took my keys on the spot, this was mid day on a Friday and asked me to come back in an hour. Long story short, they looked at all my tires and fixed a rust issue I wasn't aware of that was causing my tires to loose pressure. FREE of charge!! They were so polite, kind and informative. I was so surprised. There are still good people in the world. I will be going back to them in the future forsure. Thank you guys!

Great service and friendly. I also witnessed the manager plugging a customers flat tire for free. Customer asked how much, and he said don't worry about it. Will definitely be going back.

MASSIVE thanks to the guys here especially Justin! for not only fixing my flat in half an hour, but doing it for free!  I bought my other car’s last set of tires here, and I will definitely be buying my Mini’s next set here too. Always a great experience - thanks guys!

They managed to fit me in for an emergency tire replacement, even during the busiest time of the year. They were able to get my car done so it was ready to be driven for work the next day.

We came in back in July with our new vehicle and the tech found out our tires were rubbing onto the wheel well wall and the shocks - they recommended that we get new rims in the correct size and they personally oversaw ordering some and we walked away feeling taken care of.  We just went and had our summers switched to winters and it turns out the tires have been rubbing against the car this entire time.  We trusted these guys as experts and they took advantage of us. Why didn’t they advise us about wheel spacers? Why did they let us drive off that lot knowing they had given us bad advice and our car was in no better shape to drive? Why did they sell us rims in the wrong size and not own up to it?  I’m just disappointed - You really can’t trust anyone anymore. Go to Costco tire Centre instead - we’ve always had great service there and my parents swear by them.

What a rip off this place is, so my wife went to get a rear tire flat patched and she walked out $55! Are you serious? The advertsiser price is $35 for flat tire and shouldnt it be that much? Nope not at this place, I spoke to a perosn there named Mike and his blunt explanation for the charge was - $35 for his technician - $15 for the patch What a rip off! Save your hard earned money during these tough times and go to a private mechanic to get it fixed for $20. You get same service and detail for a fraction! MIKE made it look like his tire technician is an Aircraft technician and tried to justified paying him $70 an hour because the whole one tire patch takes about half hour or less.
