This body shop is exceptionally professional and honest. They are friendly, efficient, and helpful. They took the time to talk to me about what repairs are worth it and what aren't. It is clear they are more concerned about customers than they are about making an extra dollar. Most importantly, they do incredible work on your car and make it like new. And their service is FAST!

I am in full agreement with those reviewers who experienced great service and results here at ABC Autobody. In New West there are more than a few well reviewed auto body repair shops but right away after dropping by to get a feel for the shop and meet the manager Cranston I felt comfortable enough to process my claim here. He made sure we got a suitable SUV courtesy car as soon as it was available since we were dropping off a minivan and communication was always clear with the car finished when promised. Apart from minor unavoidable paint smell the first few days since both bumpers and side panels were repainted, the repairs make the minivan look brand new again. Body panel alignment and the colour match is right on. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. And a really easy process to get your car in and out. But honestly, not happy with the results. Here's why: Took my car to this shop after a rear end hit and run collision. Two weeks after the repair someone noticed that my bumper was not totally flush against the body. I took it to them, showed the guy, and he said it was the best they could do with what they had to work with, stating previous damage (which I have no idea about, I just bought the car last year) It would have been nice to have been upfront and honest with me from the start saying ok this is what happened, this is what we could do. But instead someone had to point it out to me two weeks later and now they want additional cash to fix. Not happy with this. I just want my car looking like it did before the accident. Now I am going back through ICBC now to see if they will cover the cost of this repair because I am certainly not paying out of pocket for this. And I likely won't be returning to this shop after this claim.

We chose ABC Autobody as part of our Insurance Coverage when we needed to fix our car. Highly professional service. Very knowledgeable Personnel that always keep their word and deliver what was promised. The facility might appear to be out-dated or doesn't have the latest state-of-the art equipment, but their workmanship is phenomenal. Way better than any big chain bodyshop that I have seen.They even provided us with the Guarantee on some parts installed and works performed. Thank you Mr. Cranston Ha for taking care of my car, always getting us the answers and keeping us informed regarding the repair processes.

Bunch of crooks. "Fixed" our car after we were rear ended but when we came back with problems after the repair they sent us away. Now our brakes failed and I was in another accident because of their laziness and incompetence. **regarding reply below. The reason you don't have my name in your system is because you dealt with my husband. ***Hi Cranston, please do not stalk me on LinkedIn. It's unprofessional. My husband and I both gave your company a chance to make this situation right with our car. My husband was initially turned away and unfortunately after finally convincing your staff to look at our car again I was in an accident a few hours before the appointment. The situation is now being handled by ICBC, and I am scheduling an independent inspection of the car. I understand negative reviews are troubling, however mistakes and oversights happen. I just wish your staff were more attentive the first time my husband brought the car back rather than dismissing our concerns. PS. Judging from Greg's post below it seems like subpar repairs and refusal to admit mistakes seems have become a recent problem for your business. UPDATE: Two months after the repair and the bumper and hood are now lifting off the frame. Also Cranston I know ICBC has been in contact with you regarding the numerous issues with the repair and "missed repairs". Please take down your comment that this review is fake. I know you're trying to save face but it's worth it your customers to know that when your shop makes mistakes and customers call you out your response is to slander them.
