Great station. Shops nice outdoor area. Very chill area. Close to lots of Shopping dining etc. nice old building.
When trains are stopped south bound, they do not have any signage or employees letting people know before they swipe that the line is not working. The buses are then packed and there is no way to get onto them unless you wait atleast half an hr.nnIf you don't want to wait half an hr and would rather walk, you were charged for the trip and TTC doesn't care to return your money even after a conplaint.
I recently found myself at College Station in Toronto with an insufficient balance on my Presto card. I attempted to reload it using a machine with my credit card. After completing the top-up, the machine didn't update my card, so I had to redo the transaction, resulting in my credit card being charged twice.nnI sought assistance from a subway staff member, who kindly explained the situation and advised me to contact the machine operator by phone for further help. I continued with my journey, feeling somewhat frustrated by the experience.nnWhile waiting for the train, the same staff member came to find me. She asked if I might have accidentally purchased a new Presto card instead of reloading my existing one, as someone had found a new card in the machine I used. After reviewing the proof of my credit card transactions, she returned the new card to me.nnI am deeply grateful for the staff member's dedication and the helpfulness of the people in Toronto. As a visitor, I was impressed by the kindness and attentiveness shown to me. This experience left a positive impression, highlighting the welcoming and considerate nature of Toronto's residents and staff.
the inside smells, sucks, and is really crowded but an absolute massive amount of nearby stores; a metro, booster juice, taco bell, tims, and even a small food court in the middle with even more shops to see. also has a small park outdoors
Just a normal subway station. They are adding a eleclvator to make the station wheel chair accessible.
