Had an appointment for 1pm. Showed up at 12:45 and waited until 1:15pm to be told the masseuse decided to cancel. I was frustrated as I booked a babysitter to watch my kids for the 1.5 hours. Luckily another masseuse offered to take me since I was already there very grateful for that but then I paid cash and they had “no change” so I had to give a much bigger tip than planned. One of the ladies told me this is not a business that accepts cash perhaps mention this on your site!. Definitely recommend calling to ensure your masseuse is there before driving, & pay with card if you can!! Overall experience was more stressful than relaxing and felt quite unprofessional.
I had a massage with Amanda and she was sublime. She took her time, listened about my pain points and provided some much needed relief. Highly recommend.
I love the massaged, I go there once a month, the lady is very nice, they know their work, I would recommend anyone to go there.
Amazing place. Been going for many years..The owner is amazing..and so are her therapists...In particular Penny Sue More...She is an awesome therapist. Not only is she a massage therapist..but her vast knowledge of Naturopathy is amazing. She always gives me amazing solutions and suggestions. I have seen great results...Then there is Elena Mosca...Totally superb massage therapist. Very professional and so good at what she does. My husband, myself and my parents have been to this clinic..and will continue to be loyal clients for years. Top notch service and people. You won't find any better anywhere. We have recently experienced treatments with Sanjana. She is also amazing and has a very unique approach and goes out of her way to treat our aches and pains. We are so happy to have Sanjana as part of the Club Physique family. Between Sanjana..Penny Sue..and Elena..we get amazing treatments. Each one has her own unique approach and specialty. Truly blessed.

I absolutely love their online reservation site. It is miles ahead of other places. It truly allows you to scan through your schedule and match up a time that works for you. Very helpful. The massages are very good with one stand out Penny Sue. She has a ability to find and eliminate the knots and problem spots. The establishment is a small place but completely functional and very close to everything you might need. Transit Parking 2nd Floor: not wheel chair accessible. They consistently offer promotions and deals.
Love this place! The staff is great, amicable and they really make sure to keep you at ease and focus on your pain point while making you discover new places that you didn't even know were tense. Really relaxed and energized! I will definitely go back. And by the way I love the decor!
Cassi was a great masseuse. Really was able to reach tough spots in my shoulder blades and offered helpful advice!
