OGYM LACHINE

I went training there Monday, and ultimately I didn’t stay long. Never saw a gym as disgusting as that, there is not even paper towels and garbage bins throughout the gym, people are sharing towels to wipe the equipment, ultimately mixing all the sweat and germs of each other’s on the equipment. There is way too much equipment for the square footage of the place, it was my first time and my last time there, glad to be back in my hometown Crunch

Small gym with way too many people no matter the time. Weekend hours are bad. Machines stay broken for long periods of time.nOwner is not professional. I have sent 3 emails over the course of 22 days and counting… still no answer. I called and was told they would call back… still nothing.

Too much money was deducted from my account. The halls smell very bad. The employees are very indifferent. The equipment is very old. And it is very crowded. I definitely do not recommend this place a very small gym

The service sucks,i canceled my membership by 28 october and they charged annual fee after that they charged me a month of november too. when i called they kept saying that my membership is still active. why can’t they cancel it and refund my money .i have been sending emails of cancellation and kept charging me and every-time i called they told me to send an email again. how many times does one have to send the email to get a cancellation. kindly refund me full amount guys this is unacceptable!

The equipment in the gym is very dated and frequently broken for extended periods of timenThe gym is quite dirty, besides machines as most clients wipe them down, there is dust and dirt all over the place.nIts frequently over capacity so you'll have to wait for a machine or weights, a lot of un serious people not actually training, just sitting on their phones watching videos or texting.nThe bathroom regularly has a urine smell not sure if plumbing issue or hygiene issuennmanagement doesn't really seem interested in correcting issues or enforcing rules. the crunch in the north shore is 10x the quality.
