I got custom embroidery done on a hat. Although the selection of fonts is a little limited, quality is much better than at lids. The raised lettering was way better than at lids.

Talked to Sully over the phone, he was a huge help, shipped quick, hat fits just like he said it would. Great customer service, I will be buying from them again.

The worst place ever! On friday i bought myself a hat and when i got home i took off the stickers on the hat to find out the brim of the hat was fade by dirt and dust. so of course after looking at this i brought it into the store to show them how dirty it was. the guy working said there was nothing he could do and of course i got mad! however i was told the manager would look at it the next day and he said don't worry i will take care of you. I waited all day for them to call, so i decided to call myself to learn that they cleaned the hat. clean the hat?? who does this?? u know damn well the hat is filthy but yet you clean it and want to give it back?? i want to know how u cleaned the brim without rubbing the dirt all through it or did u steam clean it?? 45 buxs for a dirty hat is what i payed but this is good business?? your cleaning?? can u clean all my hats then if this is the case??so this is how you are going to take care of me?? im not the one at fault dont treat me like i am. Thanks Part 2 so i get a call the next day to hear u are going to give me a full refund or order me the same hat! Why wasn't this your first move? Anyways your actions really disturb me because until i raise a stink and posted this everywhere, i was getting back a cleaned hat! THERE SHOULD BE UNSPORTSMANLIKE LIKE CONDUCT FOR YOUR DISHONESTY AND SHADINESS! sorry for that pour employee to have to be at the site of my over grown verbal wrath due to your dumbness and selfish needs
