I brought my pool motor Monday morning to change the switch on it, simple job which usually is a pretty quick repair. I called them Thursday for a follow up, they told me the repair guy didn't come in, called them back Friday he didn't come in either, asked both days to speak with someone who could help me and every time, they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes and never respond to you, the receptionist told me today that the manager will call me back if it's possible but it's not garenteed, they really don't care about their clients. Worse costumer service iv ever seen in my life. Will never be going there anymore. EDIT: I went to pick up my pool motor after one week of wait for a simple switch. I waited at the part counter for more than 20 minutes before someone came to see me. The manager named Mathieu came and I asked him when was someone coming to assist us because we have been waiting and he replied to me "if you're not happy, go somewhere else". Excuse me?! I was shocked.. The store was empty there was maybe 4 clients inside and this is the type of disrespect and service we received. Hopefully they start hiring people that actually care about their clients.
Now a Christmas liquidation centre. The owner was super rude! We were interested in a item and he told us it's not for sale yet it's on the floor to sell. The selection is awful and the prices are not great. I would not recommend
Not impressed with overall service I received when my brand new TigerShark stopped working less than 2 months of purchase! Took 2 weeks to repair .. when picked up the supposedly repaired vacuum , the had lost the power supply that went with it. Received a call next day that they found... go back to the store pick it up. Go home try the repaired Tiger Shark, and surprise..doesn’t work!!!! Go back to the store demand a new one or refund and they refuse! Get a call back next day and they figured out the problem. The technician didn’t wire the thing properly .... SERIOUSLY!!! How is that my issue ? What a complete waste of time - what they could have done is compensate me somewhat for all my troubles.. but I didn’t even receive an apology!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!
Unfortunate, been dealing with this location for almost 14 years and most of the time, I get decent service. I also understand that this is their busy season, However to call for parts on and wait on hold first time 12 minutes only to hang up and call back, telling the receptionist that I have been on the phone waiting for 12 minutes!! she apologizes and says it won't be long?? then puts me back on hold for 24 minutes!! Unacceptable!
The service is beyond horrible. I bought a spinning bike. Turned out to a bad buy. When went back for a part, their after sales service is horrible. They don't know or care about anything but the first sale. Over all their workout equipment is very hight priced for what you get. Shop else where
We had an amazing experience with one of the sales reps there named Guy Boisvert. He was informative, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Big thumbs up!! Marta&Adam
We went to buy a new spa and the service was excellent a lot's of friend had bought spa at Club Piscine Auteuil and we're very happy with the service. For our part's the technical service and the delivery was perfect. Don't stop the good service. John Georges.
Their chlorine is 300% more expensive than Costco. Same 70% percentage. Costo 22 kilos = $90 + tax while here it is $65.00 + tax for only 6 kilos. Outrageous!!

Opening hours are respected. Young guys at service departement are very polite and know what they are talking about. They are somes pool acc. business in my region but go at Laval. I recommend.
