I've never met an owner like this guy. He straight up refused to upsell anything and was just plain honest to us as from parent to parents-to-be about what we really need. Outstanding guy, clean store, products at market prices. Guy sold us one at a heavy discount because it was the last one left. We'll be sure to make this our first stop next time.
We saw some baby items that we really liked online, but we wanted to go see them in person so we could touch them, try them on and see the quality of the products. We were welcomed by Eli with a big smile, the gentleman was super nice, polite, honest and he gave us a lot of advice. He had a strong knowledge of all the products he sold. I strongly advise you to go see him if you need anything for the future baby/ or child. He will be able to help you and advise you. A very confident atmosphere.
It is a rarity but it was a pleasure to shop in an establishment where we received expert advice and personal attention . I highly recommend Bebelelo laval. There isn't anything else to say except not to waste your time looking for baby furniture anywhere else.nWe would like to Thank Mr Elie for his amazing service and his time.nHe was always available for us and our questions.nThank you for high quality products.
Amazing staff, they are friendly and curtesy.nExcellent prices, I got a kit with all my needs at the same place without wasting time searching for each item and in very good prices and excellent quality in addition to the free delivery and they checked with me each item when they delivered.nExcellent after sell service, I had a problem with my baby crib since there was a mistake in the order and the owner him self was involved to solve the problem even though I open the crib after three months of the purchasing date.nThey are very recommended.
Was not expecting such a great service from them. Nobody can beat their price and service. I have to call them to check the status of the order and they confirm that it will ship by the end of the week and it did.
