Worst experience ever. According to Yves, they verify all the product before they ship it. Also, according to him the ship from Ontario. I ordered a full on full bunk bed. 1/3 of the product was damaged and about 10 pieces missing. The initial delivery took 2 weeks. Odd because i can walk from montreal to Ontario in 2 weeks. The replacement parts came in also 2 weeks! But only the missing items not the damaged ones! My kids are sleeping on the floor on a mattress because of incompetent people that work at flash decor. And let me tell you. Their items DO NOT come from Ontario but Malasia or some foreign country. I have also contacted protection du consommateur. I would never but there again!
