Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Installation went smoothly once they decided to show up 4 hours after the pre-determined appointment time. Lady answering the phones is just awful. She refused to answer any of my questions. I would not recommend this company on their customer service alone. Find someone else. STAY AWAY.

Hello If you are serious about getting class cut or drilled then I suggest you look elsewhere. These people have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called over the phone to confirm if they could cut 12mm glass which I was responded to by a lady confirming they could do my cuts for 10$ each. 4 days later I bring my two panes of glass to the store with the instructions of how to get them cut. The two women who worked there whispered to each other than one approached me to see what I was there for, i proceeded to explain that i had called in and was bringing my glass to get cut as I had mentioned on the phone. The two women looked at each other once again and denied that I was told this on the phone. I asked how much it would cost and they told me they would need to confirm with their boss and I would need to leave a 200$ deposit. I was shocked and told them that I wanted a quote before I left them with money, they told me they couldn't give me a quote because the boss wasn't in and he does the quotes. I told them it was fine and i will leave my glass and wait to get the quote, i was told it could take a 2-3 days. At this point I really needed my glass cut so i agreed to wait. The weekend past and we were on day 6 on the Monday when I had to call them to find out what was going on just to be told that they did not want to get the glass cut for me. I needed 10 piece of different lengths but 2 inches wide. I picked up my glass and brought it to glass expert on st Jacques which handles my glass cut needs. I know this was a long review but if you read through it I strongly recommend you go elsewhere, this place is terrible and it's not the first time I go thought something like that.

The lady was unhelpful, rude and condescending to my wife and all we needed was a simple piece of glass cut. This is sad as I had good service here some years back.

I agree with everyone. The lady working there is rude. She quoted me 114$ for a screen Which seemed ridiculous and I ended up paying 40$ at Vitrerie Lavoie in Laval.
