First off I have to say I didn't realize all if the documents needed to find a condo, or how many other people were looking as well. The whole process went smoothly, only because of Gustavo. He kept in contact constantly, provided support and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I have since recommended the team to several friends. Keep up the good work.

I am a landlord. Cloud Realty supplied me with tenants who repeatedly paid the rent late, damaged my property, and refused to comply with polite requests to stop. Their realtor failed to do any pre-lease inspections, discouraged me from exercising my legal rights, and was unprofessional in other ways. For example, he showed up to one of our meetings with a hole in the crotch of his pants (yes, really). I should not have ignored the warning signs. DO NOT work with these people. Note that many of their other reviews are fake and written by their own staff.
