I've been to almost every Cleveland Clinic location being admitted throughout the years. This hospital by far is the worse. You have to watch everything they do. They diagnosed me through contaminated specimen was still there days later and never wanted a clean one. Therefore they diagnosed me to throw it away. If you have breathing issues like myself the rooms stay on Amazon temperatures. When you turn it off so you can breathe you are told one tiny little fan is all you can have in that extreme heat. You press the call light it takes hours each time. I never had a call light answered within an hour. It's horrible stay away from here if you want accurate treatment
Horrible ER. They should shut this place down, Cleveland clinic need to take the name back because they are running it into the ground! Went here 2 months in a row with knee pain, they couldn’t figure it out. I ran into someone and they told me I had a pinched never. I go to ER and tell them I have a pinched nerve, now they can see it. I’m still in pain 3 months later. Horrible ER. They have young black girls who look like they ready for the club!
I was scheduled for an outpatient surgical procedure at Euclid Hospital but due to some complications I ended up being admitted for a day. I could not have been treated any better by everyone I came into contact with at the hospital. I received the best care from my doctor, to everyone that assisted from prep to discharge. All the nurses and nurses aides were very helpful on 5th floor. Since I had not planned on being there overnight, they brought a recliner, pillow and blanket for my mother, and the kind gentleman who brought this to her, literally tucked her to bed in the recliner which was such a kind gesture. The dietary staff were all very nice. I received excellent care and found all I dealt with to be professional and caring. Thank you to all!
Went to emergency room with chest pain in the middle of the night. Dr and Nurses were outstanding. Ran me through entire routine testing and advised me on my condition in about 2hrs .nI would certainly recommend this facility.nSecurity in the ER and a full Cleveland Clinic Police officer to maintain a high level of security.nI’d give it a 5 , but I don’t know how the place is if they admit you. Thank god I was discharged from the ER.
The 3 ladies in the Chronic Care Infusion Center are awesome! They made me feel comfortable during sessions. And they know what they are doing. The center was clean and organized.
