Rainbow Babies-Children's Hospital

Back when I was very very Ill I was sent to this hospital many times , and out of all the hospitals I was sent to I have to say hands down this was my favorite one ! Everyone was so nice to me ,polite & funny I felt at home if that makes sense lol , I don’t like hospitals at all but this one I liked . 10/10 on everything!!

A world renowned part of the University Hospitals, the Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and the associated MacDonald Women's Hospital have cheerful signs at the Adelbert Road entrance to the facility. Both were designed by Hector Vega. The Rainbow sign is titled "Where Hope Is Born" and the Women's Hospital sign is titled "Where Dreams Come True". Great messages for those seeking healing in this house of medicine.

Great. The staff and doctors are very welcoming, friendly, and were very comforting. They made me feel at ease while my daughter was having dental surgery and even gave her a certificate from the Tooth Fairy . Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

I brought my son In for his asthma and was told there are no more beds available so we're going to have to wait a while. Currently we're still waiting.

Missed diagnosis from the Er Doctor. And sent my son home with a broken wrist, Er Doctor did NOT LISTEN TO MY SON, and was focused on his Elbow which was not hurting my son. It was always the wrist. Now 8 hours later we are at another Hospital System and Xrays show that his wrist is broken in two different spots. Sad but absolutely true.

My son has had surgery twice here, at 7 months old and 3 years old. Both times were exceptional given the circumstances. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I have had to deal with these arrogant , difficult and frustrating people far to often. I love my daughters doctor but the organization hospital is unbelieveablely difficult to deal with. I abosolutely hate that facility, and thereby University Hospitals in general.

Very helpful! I love all the nurses they are REALLY good and extremely helpful. They take good care of the babies. I was there for two weeks and slept there. The beds aren’t super comfortable but it’s about your baby. The nurses were more than accommodating and considerate of your baby. They are in the best care possible!

Amazing Doctors and Nurses took care of my preemie daughter for over a month now. Finally going home tomorrow 2/5/2021 and my family and I are ready! I’m just grateful given her condition, the doctors did not rush my daughters growth process and tried to send her home too early. Thank you Rainbow Babies & Children Hospital

I had the best care!!!, while I stayed for my baby’s delivery. My nurses was so kind to me and very caring. They told me everything, I needed to know and would always check on me. I never had to wait long for my nurses, if I needed anything. I’m so thankful I had a wonderful experience during my stay here.
