Cleveland Clinic - W.O. Walker Center

There is no more out side parking. When you first enter the parking garage is the place to pick up the ticket, then you have a sharp right turn, most people drive over the curb. Leaving the garage one needs to drive almost to the back of the garage. There is always a line of cars you will need to wait ( have the cellphone/tablet ready so you can play a game to pass the time.) I give the Walker Bldg a rating of 3 because of the garage. My pharmacy hasn't heard back from my psychiatrist for days. I am now all out of necessary meds. I keep trying to contact, but I only hit bureaucratic walls. I'm on a medication that can't be stopped suddenly, my pharmacy can't give me any more emergencies, and I STILL can't reach my doctor.

Awful, no assistance given, can't afford to stay 3 weeks and weekends on my own no car as paid caregiver had to return to Tn. I was told 1-2. Days and they would help pain. . Now my pain is worse and I spent $1 ,000. To get to clinic. They took MRI's , x-rays. Told me nothing of why I have severe pain , but stay 3 weeks to detox . I am not drug addict I have migrains. I am very up set. Now I spent my Christmas money. Not at all what they told me on phone,even gave me wrong address, no treatment plan was made.

Every time I call the Wic office they will let the phone ring and ring for a long time then when u stay on the phone and wait they will hang up right in your face without a word
