All in All a very good dining experience. I had the 2 piece Fish and Chips which was really good, not to oily like some places. The side of gravy was okay. My wife had the Prime Rib special and she said it was very good, they had run out of the Yorkshire bread, so it came with a slice regular bread instead. Our server and the rest of the staff were very good in all aspects... great place to go for a meal. Our cousins baby, her first dining out experience :)

Amazing little place. The Philly cheese steak was melt in your mouth delicious! The fish and chips were so good too. Portions were huge. Relaxed atmosphere to bring the kids. Good prices. We wish we could come back tomorrow!

Ok. Food was really fresh and enough to fill us up. We had the special which was the beef dip n fries n gravy. The view was of the beautifull cold Lake. This lake is deep and huge. ( I grew up here from 1962 till 1986). Clean and clear. The reasteraunt had a really homey atmosphere that you could not look at everything and soak it up in one sitting. The waitresses were polite. BUT. As one waitress came to work it caught our eye. She was covered in white cat or dog hair which she attempted to lint brush off while behind the serving counter. Didn't work too well. She couldn't leave her nose alone, I don't mean the outside of her nose either. She had no front teeth and the ones beside were dark and brownish. She was there for only five min and popped a smoke into her mouth and headed out the back door. Then she was serving. Yes I have a problem with this waitress. Even though she didn't serve us thank God.

Overall horrible experience, when we (2 people) entered the waitress was going to seat us at a table for 2, asked if it would be possible to sit us as a table for 4 as the 2 tops are very small. She said that she wasn't allowed to do that and then 30 seconds later when another couple came in the same waitress immediately sat them at a table for 4 while there were numerous 2 tops available. Not that big of deal. We ordered appetizers and entrees. Our appetizers came out in a timely fashion followed immediately by our entrees, huge pet peeve. Food was mediocre at absolute best. Fries were undercooked in the middle and waited over 10 mins for tarter sauce to go with my fish and chips. Would not recommend this establishment at all. Have given it numerous chances and have been consistently disappointed. The only thing this establishment has going for it would be its milkshakes.

Quite disappointed with my visit today. I ordered 1 lb of mussels & it came out quite quickly, I suppose. I knew why quickly. They were cold (not even luke warm), shells were sticky and no liquid.
