Visiting cold lake for the weekend and we popped in here for lunch. This was the best food I’ve had in a long time! We ordered guacamole and chips which were fresh and delicious. I had the Le Negrita and I could not leave a bite behind! It was amazing! Service was fast and friendly. So glad we stopped here!!

We came to Cold Lake for a quick weekend getaway and asked several locals on where to eat dinner. This place was mentioned by several people. We were not aware that we should of made a reservation but they accommodated us anyway. We ordered the fiesta chicken and chicken fajitas. Both were amazing. You could taste the homemade difference and the love behind the making of this food. Every part of our dish was great, rice, salsa, refried beans, corn tortillas, the salad dressing and the chicken! If we ever get back up to Cold Lake this place will be on our list of go to places.

Amazing food, ample portions. Great atmosphere and friendly service. I had the pupusas they were delicious. My wife enjoyed the El Jefe. For dessert I enjoyed a bowl of their rice pudding. Top notch evening had on my anniversary. Thanks Mamacitas! You won't leave disappointed!

This is not real Mexican food! The food was okay, gave most of our group stomach rumbles after. I’d say the best thing was the rice pudding, but outside of that I wouldn’t get anything else here, I don’t recommend it for regular food, and the service was barley okay as we had two people trying to make sure our table of 4 order was correct. I could tell they were trying so I gave them two stars.

Loved our anniversary dinner there this evening. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful...even the Strawberry Margarita!!! Yummy Service was terrific as well.

If you want a "sit down restaurant meal" experience this is hands down the best option in Cold Lake. Trust me I have been to all the others. Reasonable prices. Great food. Service could be quicker but it's worth the wait for some obviously home made/fresh food.

Best restaurant when visiting Cold Lake. Always enjoy eating fresh and delicious Mexican food from Mamacitas when I'm in the area. The restaurant is worth visiting everytime and never fails to be 5/5 stars!

The best Mexican restaurant I’ve been in 8 years I have in Canada. Not even in Vancouver I can find such a good food! 100% recommended. Forget the big fast food chains and support local! Delicious food!

The best Mexican food I have ever had in my life, and I lived lived in Edmonton and Calgary. Chicken Fajitas are excellent, and the rice pudding is great. I will be repeating.Food: 5/5
