Canadian Tire

Im from west Edmonton. We have a great Canadian tire store with a pretty good selection. When I walked into the Canadian tire store in Cold Lake I was shocked. With the demographics this store should be in my city. Somebody had a vision and it is incredible. This store was thought out for this area. I was ok with the staff. People change, but its all about our Canadian tire store. You are so lucky.

At self checkout (usually the only ones open). My item wouldn't scan I turned to the employee looking after the area to let her know the item wouldn't scan. Without waiting to hear what I had to say, she growled at me 'I'm working on it". Terrible attitude, I can see why the get so much bad reviews.

It used to be a great place to shop... but the manager is a racist white guy. If your not white sadly he won't help.

I usually like this store but today the staff at the auto parts counter left a lot to be desired. There was no catalogue for oil filter look up, so I had to get the counter staff to look up the number for the one I needed. The woman didn't know how, so she had to go get somebody else. He looked it up on the computer and promptly left. He did not help me find it. He didn't come back. What should have been a 2 minute job turned into 20 minutes. There were no other customers at the counter. Wasted too much of my time.
