Friendly and helpful staff with reasonable prices. Only nitpick would be I would prefer staff be forward about their pitches for the store company credit card sign up from the get go. Feel a little hog tied when I get halfway through an assisted plan sign up I can't see and realize they are signing me up for a credit card rathe than a billing plan I could approve with my bank that they described before starting the paperwork. I'll still shop there but I will stick by my fact of being honest and forward about the credit cards so they aren't credit traps.

With price match and the best (read: not third party) extended exchange warranty, Staples is the best place for electronics.

Have bought several largerelectronic items there and had upgrades and repairs to electronics completed by them. All very satisfactory

Dropped off a badly damaged cell phone. Technicians completely repaired it in about an hour. Saved me replacing it until the contract is up. Great job.
