Pizza 73

If you live in the barracks on base, don't bother ordering here for delivery. When you call the direct line, the address doesn't come up on their system so they'll put you through to customer service where you're on hold for a long time. Once you're able to speak to someone, it takes even longer to make them understand your address. Also, If you try to customize your order, like substituting an ingredient on one of their everyday deals pizzas, they won't do it. It's a shame, because when I actually went there one time, they were pretty accommodating with substitutions and the pizza and wings were decent.

How do you rate negative 5 stars .....where to begin the pizza took 1 hour and half to get to my house. When I phoned customer service they said the only thing they could offer was 10$ off my next visit.......I guess they saved them self's 10$ since I will never go back.......next the donair pizza I ordered only had one slice of tomato on the whole pizza.

We have ordered here multiple times now and have never had a bad experience... I can't give them a 5 star though because for some reason when you order online, you can't just order a single pizza... seriously, unless you order from 'deals' (which comes with stuff I don't want or need), you aren't ordering just 1 pizza. May be fixed by now but regardless, food is good and staff is dandy!

Good food but the call center is so bad I have to ask them to repeat everything as they get it wrong more often then not. The pizza 73 in Cold Lake should be avoided at all costs. In a town of 15,000 people it still takes him an hour to deliver stuff and their wings are absolutely tasteless don't waste your time here go to Boston Pizza or anywhere else

It was the best Pizza we had in Cold Lake. Anjali was the best cook, amazingly done pizza, wonderful fresh toppings.
