Just got off the phone with the dispatch for the taxi bus ! First off let me say I have never had such terrible customer service! I understand it's a busy night but that gives you no reason to tell someone "your a f!*king nightmare" ..( I apologize for the language, however I am quoting this individual... who goes by the name "JOHN" who works nights shift ). Especially when I first called it was to simply ask the time for the next taxi bus! Not to reserve one! May I also mention this is not the first time I received so much disrespect from him . A couple of days ago he refused to answer the phone for 20 minutes when I was calling to ask when the taxi bus would arrive since it was over 10 minutes late . When he finally answered he replied in a tone that indicated he was fed up of the calls . NO ONE AS SUCH SHOULD BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS MAN!

I called to complain about the lack of times for the taxi busses. I was a little frustrated and could’ve sounded rude don’t get me wrong but when I got off the phone, about ten minutes later the boss calls me screaming how I called the worker on the phone stupid and an idiot and that if I ever do that again I’m banned, DO I HEAR HER?!? She was so unprofessional, she called my phone screaming at me, never asked what happened, the first girl lied, and on top of that the busses are always late. The worst public transit place ever

Customer service is really good. So far no complains. However, the service isn’t so good. I take the 28 everyday since the one in valleyfield only passed once in the morning and once in the evening (ridiculous). The bus and route should be reviewed. Last bus to leave is at 8:30ish and the first one to leave from Montreal is at 13:30 and then the next 15:10, makes sense right???? The bus also takes the Mercier and 20, which usually I have no problem with. But when you know there’s an accident on the bridge, instead of going into the traffic maybe take Champlain???? Took me over 2 hours to get from Montreal to chateauguay!!!!!!!!! So many things to review for the company....

Busses are comfy just wish they catered more to individuals with young children; more specifically individuals with strollers.

I need Week pass for beau to mtl with stm. Or unlimited usage per day of both networks
