This company is a joke. They got no service at night and you can never talk to real person sometimes because of the automated system. I you wanna cancel your call then gud luck on that. Very disappointed for the past few months. Prestige taxi..funny name

worst service ever. 4 times i called in advance and asked for an exo transfer, they never came and never call back. arrogant people working over there. All they say, we will come when we have other client on the same route. They don't deserve one star as well. will never recommend someone for this cheap public service.

Called 45 minutes in advance to reserve a taxi for 8:40 so I can be at my operation on time, since I can’t drive before or after. It’s 8:51 and it shows him still 7 minutes away. GPS app doesn’t show him moving so I’m sure the link provided didn’t work either. Now I’m late for my operation…

Reserved taxi on Tues for Sunday at 6.15 a.m and on Sunday no taxi.so I called and they said they had no reservation but someone will be there at 6.30 so at 7 when no one arrived had to take my car to airport.costed me 245$ to park so yeah not too happy

Worst service ever. Booked a cab in the morning for the afternoon to go to a medical appointment and it never showed because they had no driver available. Did not even bother to contact me to let me know. AVOID!

This taxi company is a joke. If you call late at night they bark « no more cabs » and hang up on you. Today I called at 9am asking to reserve a cab from Chateauguay to old port for 2pm for an important event. They said they don’t reserve and to call back an hour before. So I did. They confirmed 2pm. I waited 45 mins. Called several times and was just left on hold forever. Presuming they saw my name again and just ignored me. They never showed at all and I completely missed the event. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. It’s like maybe you’ll get a cab eventually but probably not.

Thank goodness for PRIME taxi!!!! Nobody as time to wait 55 minutes for a taxi… why even bother with one car on the road.. prestige taxi is absolutely garbage and should just give up and let the real taxi services take over!!!! Get out of chateauguay

Dispatch employee is as rude as it can be. Like all the comments before they say 15-20mins, then you call again and they say that they don't know when they will be able to pick you up and tell you to be patient because they only have one taxi on the road on a THURSDAY night. She said " Just wait in line, there are 4 other people that called before you, Mr. WhateverYes, she called me Mr. Whatever..."
