Story

Citizens State Bank has been serving the Clayton, Wisconsin area since 1907. Back then, our bank was a partner to farmers helping them purchase land and equipment, buying seed, livestock and saving their money. A lot has changed over the years, including adding a second location in downtown La Crosse in 2005, a third location in Onalaska in 2008, and opening a fourth office in Eau Claire in 2010. One thing that has not changed is the great service that we provide to our customers. Each employee takes pride in our mission to exceed our customer's expectations. I love the deals I get with my Get More checking account. As I move away for college, it's good to know I'll have roadside assistance, cell phone insurance, Sprint bill discount, and a way for my mom to transfer money to my account quickly. ;-) So far, the 2-for-1 at Cabin Coffee has been my most used perk!

Great group of people to work with. My first day walking through their doors I felt welcome. They were willing to work with me and offer a much lower interest rate compared to where I previously banked. Within a week after switching banks, my business loan was approved which made a huge impact on my business. I would highly recommend Citizens for any of your banking needs.

Customer service is always great at Citizens and their Get More checking is an awesome way to get so many great benefits! I've used the BaZing app a ton when traveling and eating out and I absolutely love it. I guarantee if you make Citizens your partner in banking, you won't be disappointed.

I've been a Citizens State Bank customer for almost six years and have always been impressed with the products and especially the customer service, but they've really outdone themselves with the new BaZing App! For starters, I get a dollar off at my favorite coffee shop just because I have an account there, not to mention discounts almost everywhere in town. I think you'd be pressed to find another checking account that saves you this much money! Mix that with the incredible employees, and you won't want to bank anywhere else!

Great service, friendly people, that's Citizens State Bank! Plus I love their GET MORE checking with money saving discounts using the BaZing app and the peace of mind of emergency roadside assistance! It's a pleasure doing business with people I like and trust!
