Very personalized service. EDIT: EDIT: UPDATE: UPDATE: I've been a long-standing customer with this bank and gave it s 5 star review in recent years. In the last ten months, this bank has home downhill quite a bit. Went from being a 5 star bank to a 2 star bank by changing tellers and management. I waited until the newer tellers had enough time to adjust before deciding to review the bank again. It's time to switch banks.

God awful service. Received written approval for a loan weeks late found out loan was not approved. Verging on illegal level of service.
