Tricked a friend into signing onto a refinancing auto loan, telling them that in order to remove their name from the original/previous loan, they have to collect their signature at the time of the new loan. Turns out they aren't listed on the top of the loan paperwork, so they don't show up as holding a loan with the bank. But that signature made them responsible for any defaults on the loan and responsible for any future amounts withstanding, if the loan holder is unable to make his payments.

Internet banking is consistently down. If you count on Internet banking for your day-to-day banking needs, this financial institution is not the right option for you.
