Marine Credit Union (La Crosse)

Terrible hours that lack flexibility with my schedule. The service was sub par and generally is staffed by many young and inexperienced workers who are either in high school or college. I will never ever step foot in the building again due to my terrible experience with them and their awful customer service, and lack of making me feel welcome to my bank. Additionally, when closing my account, I didn't need to provide any verification of my identity and was able to close my account with a simple signature. If that doesn't tell you something about how awful this place is, I don't know what would.

The employee's at this location are somewhat lazy and sometimes don't even bother putting my license in a envelope.This just show's how little respect they have for the costumers. But every time I go to this location I get back at them by permanently borrowing the pen's.I think i've only ever given one pen back in all my years of banking with them.

I just prefer this credit union above all very simple bank that makes it easy for me to protect my account upon request.
