Chop Chop Take Out

Horrible. Greasy. Fried shrimp like rubber bullets and so much batter. Chow mein so mushy. Disgusting. Chop suey pretty much all onion and celery and some of it rotten. I like veggies with some crunch, but cooked would be nice. Big huge chunks of broccoli stems. First and last time ordering from here. I would never order from here again. I threw out most of the food. A complete waste of money. Wish I had taken pics of all of the food I threw away. The only edible thing was the almond chicken and it was super greasy. 100 bucks thrown in the garbage. If I could give 0 stars I would. Order at your own risk.

Yikes. Worst of the worst... many items substituted and were just gross. Overcooked and discolored and oily... the waitress was very sweet but my $50 bill turned out to be not wort it at all. Very very bad food :

Honestly I don't like saying bad things about restaurants as everyone is doing their best but this was sub par food at best. The rice was either day old, over cooked or burnt. The noodles were bland and greasy, the Chop Suey was odd and the sweet and sour pork was just bad. Dinner for 3 was a waste of money and I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant at all. The best part of this restaurant was the service on the phone and at pick up. Do not waste your money.

I have had the worst experience of the food here. Hard to write this as I have been a fan for over 20 yrs. Back when it was bamboo palace ... absolutely disgusting greasy tasteless. Greasy prawns were rubber batter was burnt. Sweet and sour pork was chewing on leather . Sorry but done with ya ...new owners better pick up the pace or your done . Lots of better options. I've just been loyal . GOOD LUCK

Love this place. Great food, great service and they deliver quickly. The delivery guybis awesome and super friendly. Great food for the price. I order from here all the time. Save your money!! I don’t have a lot of money these days so I wanted a bit of a meal without breaking the bank. I ordered a combo meal which was supposed to be fried rice almond chicken and sweet and sour pork. Let me start by saying the fried rice was unlike any other color I’ve ever seen on fried rice. It was dark dark red/orange, hard bits in it… I think either old and warmed up or just over cooked. The sweet and sour pork was served as a dry pork with a small amount of sauce drizzled over. I bit into a couple pieces and it was grissel. The almond chicken was ok. It was greasy but the only part of the dish that was truly edible. I’m upset. For me… 15 bucks isn’t super cheap and I treat myself only once in a while. It won’t be again at this place.

We moved to Aldergrove two years ago. We had our fave Chinese restaurant in Burnaby and had not been able to find one once we moved. Chop chop service delivery and food was excellent and affordable. We have now found our new fave restaurant

Such great food! Tried for the first time tonight! The lady on the phone was super nice. I was very surprised when she told me we got a free item! We got ginger beef, pork spring rolls, almond chicken, beef with broccoli, wonton soup, and bbq pork fried rice. All the food was better than I was hoping for. Made our celebratory night even better. Some of the best Chinese food I have had in a LONG time. Pleasantly surprised by this place! Definitely would order again.

Hands down my favorite place for Chinese food. The meat is crispy, not fatty like most other places. Looks a little run down on the outside, but don't let that fool you- delicious food and friendly, prompt service.Food: 5/5

Place has gone downhill for me in the last decade. Ordered around $48 of food recently minimum order is $40, and the chow-chow from Chop-Chop was substandard. Bland except the mass amounts of sodium and lovely MSG... Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome? Parking: Can park on the street if there's room, a part from that, there's a little lot beside the restaurant.
