Bubble World

Ordered delivery and it came well packaged, with holes in the boxes to keep it fresh- it was delicious, crisp and hit when it arrived. The food was delicious, especially the salt and pepper chicken nuggets. The chicken cutlet with plum sauce was also quite tasty. The bubble tea was delicious and refreshing. Will definitely order again in the future.

This Bubble World location is an absolute disappointment and embarrassment to Taiwanese food. I ordered: Two bubble waffle Mango milk tea slush with pearls Milk tea with pearls Chicken nuggets The bubble waffle tasted like someone made it with regular waffle batter. It wasn’t soft and chewy. It didn’t taste light and eggy. It was dry, brittle, tasted like store-bought waffle mix. This is hands down THE WORST bubble waffle I’ve ever had in my life. The milk tea tasted like it was made of 85% milk and 15% tea. Despite requesting less ice, it tastes highly watered down. I don’t understand. Milk tea is the classic bubble tea, and it’s next to impossible to mess up. Yet you somehow managed to mess it up…. The mango slushy was poorly blended. It separated into two layers within 5min of us leaving the store. The ice layer had decently large chunks of ice left in the drink…. The chicken has absolutely zero flavor. The only thing you could taste was salt. Not consistently salty either. Some pieces had significantly more salt than others. Summary, out of the locations I’ve been to in Richmond, Vancouver, and Burnaby. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Corporate should check in with this store or shut them down. I would honestly rate this store negative stars if I could.

Food was hot and delicious, certain menu items had a small portion for the price but overall it was very good. Would come again.

EDIT: the food is really good. At really good prices. If I still lived nearby, I would frequent this spot for the food. I changed my rating to 4 Stars. Original review: I love bubble tea. Due to the pandemic, I haven’t had an opportunity to get it anywhere. Really glad this place was open and I was able to just walk in and order a black sugar latte to go. Unfortunately, it was awful. Really wish to have just waited to go to Tiger Sugar or the Alley. It was a waste of $5.50 and would never really visit this establishment for anything else. It’s a shame that they have the name Bubble World, when their bubble tea sucks.

I loved bubble world! The drinks were amazing unfortunately we couldn't try the food but the boba was delicious. Me and my brother got taro and my dad got a mocha coffee. It was really good and we definitely plan on going again to try the food! The service there was busy but maybe because it was on a Sunday but the service was good and Angela serviced us. But the drinks were amazing service was nice and the restaurant was nice really loved the place. Everybody there seemed really nice but everything and everyone was amazing:

Came here with group of friends then hoped to be treated with service. Some hot pot was okay, but this dish call chicken nuggets was too salty and oily, it should be reduced salty when you marinated chicken. The server girl with glass was not in the good mood yesterday we came. Please keep your energy when doing your job.

First time coming here, staff was so helpful. Asked the waitress to recommend a bubble drink. Got 2 and we were very happy with her choice too! Thanks so much for great service you will be seeing us again.

We have ordered take out/delivery 5-6 times now and it has been exceptional and delicious each time. They have a huge menu and, although we haven’t been adventurous enough to try the popular intestine dishes, we’ve tried many items and they’re always so flavourful and fun.

Bubble tea is terrible. My milk tea slush had no tea whatsoever. It tasted like watery ice. Vegetarian fried noodle has zero flavour or seasoning. This place is disappointing

Food tastes good and the staff offered good service.
