Went in for an early dinner about 3:20. Waiter wasn’t rude, but wasn’t friendly at all either. Took our orders and the food took 35 minutes to come out. Then my food was cold and the waiter took it back, with an obligatory kind of sorry tone. He proceeded to stand at another couple table and chit chat for about 10 minutes while my wife ate most of her small burger and then somebody else brought my food back out. Didn’t get a refill, he asked if I wanted a to go box because, and because we’d been there so long I said politely, sure, thank you. 10 minutes later he was still standing at the computer doing something and I asked another person for a to go box which they got for me. There weren’t a lot of people and I should have read the other reviews before going in. Won’t be back for sure!

Not once but twice the bartender gets an attitude because he can’t mix drinks properly. When i involved the manager, she herself corrected the problem and was not apologetic at all. This happen at the pm hours. I do like chili’s but I also like quality and professional service.

Horrible food quality. I ordered a burger thinking it would be a safe bet considering I knew the low quality of the restaurant before going there. It came over salted and over cooked, really not a fan of the hospitality either because when I asked to have my order brought back the right way they said that they cooked it the way I had asked for and that I would have to pay for a second meal if I wanted to resubmit my order.

A bit of a hit or miss restaurant. The food quality can vary from ok to really good. The happy hr drinks are priced low and the margaritas are decent. Apart from that, nothing too special, just a regular chili's

Racheal was a friendly and efficient server. The food was delicious. The experience made for a happy TGIF.
