The French Fry Guy

Once again a great experience!! A nice warm sunny day enjoying one of the tastiest homemade burgers and the best poutine on this side of Quebec. John and Brody do a great job making our tummies smile. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Although they have credit, debit and eTransfer available I always pay in cash as it's easier on both sides. Thanks again for a pleasant and tasty meal!! Parking: There are a few labelled spots with orange signs but plenty of parking available.

I was told I wouldn't be disappointed and what a true statement. I found the French Fry Guy with a Google search and decided to check it out. I ordered a small poutine and it was delicious. Hot, fresh, loads of cheese curds and gravy. The taste buds were very happy. On top of that, the guy who served me on Sunday was super friendly and polite. All around it was a great experience.

Randomly found this place on Google maps because my son and I were hungry. One of the best finds we found. We ordered the 10oz Manburger and a poutine, we were so full. The poutine had authentic Quebec cheese curds too! Talked to the owner who is a super nice guy and runs the place with his son. The burgers are made fresh by them as well as the fries. Will come back for sure!

The poutine is consistent every single time I go and delicious. Definitely one of the best poutine in Burlington. I agree with others that the gravy is a tad salty so I usually get the smaller size and a drink to combat that. For some reason the past few times I've gone I haven't been able to get onion rings. I don't think he was sold out but just didn't have enough staffing to make them maybe? In any case, the fries are so good that it doesn't really matter. I keep coming back for the yummy poutine.

This place has some legit poutine! Used real curds and thick gravy, and the fries super crispy!

We have traveled the province and stopped at many, many, many chip trucks and The French Fry Guy is the BEST we have EVER had! To begin with, we had super friendly, personable service and felt immediately welcome. The Wall, by Pink Floyd was playing in the background. Okay, so now onto the yummy food! Crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside french fries, full length fries! Non of those little weasley burnt fry pieces from most trucks. Fried to perfection, would not be an understatement. We also had a jumbo dog delicious, beefy, snappy skin and regular dog tasty. If we're ever in the area again, we will absolutely be going back. I need to try their poutine, looked amazing!

The fries here are the best. Everything is made when you order it and you can see how fresh it all is. The cheese curds are some of the best available in this part of Ontario and set the poutine apart from whatever "poutine" is offered at other places around here. Parking: Lots of parking is available.

I finally was able to try the fry guy today. It is amazing!! This is the best poutine I’ve ever had! The fries and gravy were amazing!!! Customer service was amazing as well. The fry guy was super friendly!! I am very pleased!! I’ll definitely be back!

The food was not good. Fries over cooked, greasy and gravy was extremely salty. Cheap ingredients and dirty food. Do not recommend. If you're very hungry, there's a nearby Roti place which is worth your time and money. The owner also has this negative and arrogant aura. Bad customer service and manchild owner. Sloppy food, sloppy owner, which makes sense for so many bad reviews. I'd love to see this place shut down, and the owner with it! Definitely one of Burlingtons worst places to eatDon't eat here unless you want to get sick!!!

Literally the best poutine and fries that you can get in this area. The Quebec experience without having to drive to Quebec! Squeaky cheese curds mixed with stretchy mozzarella and delicious gravy makes for the perfect combo! The burgers, hot dogs and onion rings are also incredible!
