I have been to this Chili's a few times over the years and one thing is consistent. For some reasons the servers have a ton of attitude and if they close at 10 they really mean 8:30. Come after that and expect to be treated like a deadbeat or burden. You would think that bringing in big parties of people would be welcome in the restaurant industry but every time I have it's been like we weren't wanted and our food took forever. The food itself is honestly good. Thus this is not a 1 star review. The price is also good. They even give free meals to veterans on Veterans Day. I just don't know why 3 out of 5 servers has a chip on their shoulder. I go to a lot of restaurants with friends and something about this Chili's, they just don't want the business. The only reason I go back is because other people want to go there. I am always like, there is an Applebee's across the street or University of Beer?

I haven't been to Chili's in Yeeeears. I was craving me some Good Hot fresh Chili. I came in almost about noon time I ordered myself a cup of Chili to go with the tortilla chips on the side. The Chili smelt good but when I got home n took a bite all I tasted was SALT OverLoad! I like Salty food but not like this. That's all you taste is Salt and nothing else. I'm sad.... their chili use to be soooo good from back in the day. They use to serve it with crackers Mmmmm. The chili was also Lukewarm not Hot at all. If it didn't have that strong Salty Flavor it would be good. I also ordered a cup of creamy potato soup Never Had it before. Omgosh now that was Gooooood. Really good nice and Creamy and it was HOT! Good flavor yummy soft potatoes really yummy soup a 10 for the potato soup! The man who took my order was also very nice! Sooooo..... if you love tons of salt on your food then the chili will be just right for you otherwise don't waste your money on it. If your thinking of trying the Creamy potato soup it is very very yummy and worth it I think.
Celebrated my Granddaughters Birthday here. Kid and adult friendly. Plenty of parking. First restaurant I've been to that has a robot to help with service. Staff was attentive and friendly.
We had the two for $25 dinner tonight NOV '21. The food came out quick and the food was good. In fact the portions are huge and you will end up taking some home. The service started out really well and then the waiter was having a little trouble keeping up all in all a good experience. DEC '21....We went back again. The food and drinks came out fast, good flavors and plentiful. The server, Arianna, was very upbeat, spirited a good place. We went back Wednesday and had a late lunch on the $9 special which you cannot beat. Nicole was our waitress and she did an excellent job. The food is great.. and good at her job. I recommend getting the $5.00 margarita special with the meal - they are super. Only thing to improve is to clean up around the hostess station when you come in - no one wants to see the trash can overflowing and brooms etc stored there. Otherwise, a good place to eat! We went back Wednesday for a late lunch and it was perfect
We stopped in to have dinner. The place wasn't really busy, but we had to wait an additional five minutes so that they could reset themselves. The waiter was quick to appear and gave us a few minutes so that we could make our decision. When the waiter returned, he was pleasant and easy to talk to, and he answered all of my questions at the time. We ordered the old timer burger, which came with fries and a side salad. Our salads were quick and correct with the right dressing for us both. Our burgers well, we had to send them back due to being undercooked. As we waited, the manager who at the time didn't announce herself appeared at our table. As she continued talking, I finally asked who she was. That is when she told us she was the manager and wanted to give us some fries while we waited. After a little time, Toby later finding he too was a manager as well brought out or hamburger meals again. This time, while he stood by, I cut into my hamburger, which again was undercooked. I cut into my wife's and found it to be eat able. As Toby took my hamburger back, he informed me that our dinner was on him and that it shouldn't have to take three times to get our meal. On the last time out, my hamburger was cooked right, and they even gave me more fries. This how a restaurant should treat their customers. Take pride in your business and treat your customers right. The old saying goes, "A happy customer is a returning customer's who will tell their friends." My wife and I will come back to be treated right from start to finish. Thank you, Toby, for a great experience and a good meal.
This specific chilis has been great everything I have been here. Great Customer Service in a timely manner. They have good cooks that sure know how to grill a steak, juicy burgers, and the fajitas on iron skillet is my favorite. Drinks are tasty and pretty cheap. Beer is Ice cold on tap. Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly and understanding towards our wild bunch.
Easy dining experience especially if you’re dining with kids. I haven’t had a bad experience yet and I’ve been coming here for years. Bar has a lot of open seating which is convenient at busier times when there’s a wait or if you want to watch the game while you eat. Baked potato soup & chicken fajitas are my two faves. Their boneless wings appetizer is huge too so great to order for a larger table to share!
Absolute disappointment. Used to be good food. Not only did we find a French fry among other gross things in one of our to go dressing cups, but the mini bite burgers were dry. The only good thing from this place is the servers at the to go area.
The waiter was training someone new and got my order wrong. The new guy didnt speak at all. The waiter took our order but not sure if he was fully listening to me. My husbands drink was still sitting at the bar after we got the food and time passed by. Food was good once it got corrected. The whole place was really dark and not well lit.
