Their pretty good here... The girl listened to exactly what I wanted and I was happy with my hair! It's very easy to get an appointment last minute and very friendly!

I went here a while ago and I am still waiting for my hair to grow out to get it cut properly. I went in just for a wash and cut... the way she styled it looked okay until I got home and washed it... she literally just chopped up my hair with no technique, unless I straighten it a certain way then it looks horrible even to this day... been to other hair dressers since and they have commented on what a poor job chatters did.

as per Jen Carlson (I think her name was) I had the exact same experience yesterday.....I had a bday party I was attending went in for a blow out and was also "convinced" to do some loose curls. I figured she would with a straightener. First off she was extremely rough with the wash, actually painful on my neck she was moving my head around so much, she had her long hair down and it kept hitting my face as she washed and she didn't seem to care. Then came the blow dry SHE burnt my scalp repeatedly and I actually jerked my head twice to get away from the heat and the second time, not meaning too I let a small profanity out it was so painful and she didn't seem to notice. After the blow-dry she turned me around and after it was done I realized she had used a curling iron and made weird curls at the bottom of my hair, no product to help with frizz or anything nothing. I was too shocked to say anything in the store and too upset and didn't want to come off rude, and had to go to the party like it. This morning when I woke up to hopefully be able to salvage it and maybe it would look good, but nope it was wirey and frizzy and I could do nothing with it. AND i was also charged $50+ when I was quoted $25. WONT ever go again one of the worst experiences ever!

Went to the store today to return a hair brush that was broken and received the worst customer service ever. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 12 years now and this was just unacceptable. I purchase a hair brush yesterday and was told that I could not return if need it but I could exchange or return for store credit up to 15 days, got home the brush was broken so went back the next day and I was told that this was not the case and I must have misunderstood what the woman on the cashier told me. The woman was standing right next to the girl that was “assisting” me and pretended not to remember me. Another lady was there and did not address me at all, just told the girl that was helping me to go get another one to do an exchange (of the same brush/ which I did not wanted since it will break again, all I wanted was a different hairbrush and I was willing to pay more for it). I try to explain all of the 3 women ignored what I had to say and gave me the brush and that was it. No thank you, not I’m sorry if this was explained wrong.. just this is your problem and I’m not doing anything to further assist you so you can be a happy customer and come back. I’ll make sure to pass this to everyone I know and if I can stop someone to go to chatters on 130 Ave SE I will.
