Wanted to book 2 appointments with them and was looking for some pricing before i book to know what exactly I would like done. The lady wouldn't offer any pricing, that I had to come in beforehand to consult. She was very condesending when I just asked for their general pricing and that I understood based on options from there it may fluctuate. Even though we have had cuts there and been generally satisfied, if we cannot even get an idea of what color and highlights cost it seems a been funny to me. Lost two regulars for this reason.

I got my hair done here yesterday, it was terrible. The stylist cut off way more hair than I wanted, I even specifically showed her a picture of what I wanted and she still insisted to cut more hair off than what was needed and she cut my bangs WAY too short, they are not EVEN either, they look more choppy than they did before. I will NEVER go back here again! The only upside was the hair colour, it’s beautiful but the cut was absolutely not what I asked for or wanted.

Had a horrible experience at another salon and came here to get it corrected. My stylist was incredible. I adore her and she seriously performed magic on my hair. I honestly don't know how she managed to get my hair not only to a color I could live with but one that I actually really love! Highly recommended!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My hair colour was not even close to what I asked for and the girl that did my hair chemically burnt my hair and scalp leading to burnt off chunks of hair around the crown of my head. When the girl realized my hair was so messed up she proceeded to push me for if I took medication and what it was when I told her she said that's what messed up my hair. Upon further conversation with a manager I found out that it was impossible for my hair to be ruined because of any medication you take. I felt very uncomfortable being pressed for personal things such as what kind of medication I take from someone who is not a doctor pharmacist or nurse, it is a very invasive question and it's completely unprofessional and I was made to feel completely uncomfortable and at fault for her mistakes. They tried to fix the colour but it was too late to fully salvage it and irregardless my hair has been burnt off. When I called to get my money back they said that they don't do refunds. so save yourself the trouble and do not go here.
