I went in for an undercut, the nice part was she charged a whole 15 dollars I think. The bad part was she put my hair back into a pony tail to cover up the fact that the lines she put in were uneven and just ugly. If she wasn't comfortable with doing the cut she should have said something before I let her do the cut.

Paid 200 just to leave with my hair looking the exact same it was when I went in except with a $40 hair cut. I’ve never so unimpressed or unhappy with a salon in my life. I found the ladies to be so rough. Whenever they said something and I said my opinion or what I wanted I was given a dirty look and was spoken back to with great attitude. Was there for 4 and a half hour getting a color correction with black hair and left with black still. I would never recommend. Only good thing was the receptionist was very nice and friendly.

If you are consider getting a trim on your LONG, BEAUTIFUL hair.. DO NOT go here. I went in and made it known that I was EXTREMELY nervous and scared about getting my hair trimmed. I told the stylist that I wanted my hair the same shape, just shorter. I figured that would pretty much sum up what I wanted. After she asked me for the 4th time what I wanted I should have just left. I am now left with hair that is 6 inches shorter then it should be, longer in the front then in the back by 2 inches and just looks like a choppy mess! I knew it was shorter but I didn't actually realize how butchered it was until I got home and started getting ready for the rest of my day. I shared a photo with my mother and she was appalled. I went back the same day and asked to speak to the manager.... She just looked at my blankly when I asked her if this looked normal to her? The stylist would not come down from upstairs to see. They did not know how to do a refund so I was asked to come back the next day. When I went in to get the refund the stylist was sitting at the counter and did not say ONE word to me. I have the live with this haircut now until it grows back enough for the shape to be fixed.

I called on a Monday morning after they opened to book a hair appointment to my suprise after 2 calls and a voicemail I did not recieve a call back. Until later the next day. I would have loved to have given them my business but not answering the phone all day and returning messages is a little tough. When the young lady called me back the next day she did not seem that troubled that they failed to call me back, that just kinda left me with a bad taste in my mouth and led me to find a great hair stylist somewhere else.
