Diva Salon and Spa

Have always walked past it in the mall, but decided to give it a try this time around, as my hair was in need of some fixing. I got lucky and was able to get a stylist (Christina) who had a cancellation. She was a pleasure to be around. She spent some time introducing herself and also discussed what I wanted to fix and actually gave me some suggestions. It was nice to have a stylist give her opinion instead of just answering with one word answers. She was able to fix my last cut, which was nice but not able to grow out nicely. From start to finish the whole experience was nice, neck and shoulder massage, wash cut and a mini facial (a first for me), and I'm not afraid to admit that I enjoyed it. Price wise it's a little higher than I am used to paying, but for the experience, I will say it's worth it. The whole store is clean and well organized, and the facilities are clean and well stocked. The waiting area is comfortable, and the noise level and music were not bad at all. Reception is super friendly, as with all the staff I encountered. I will definitely be going back.

I had an incredible experience with this salon from start to finish. From booking on the phone, and the greeting when I arrived, to Kelly's excellent service with my awesome cut and colour, and the follow-up afterwards making sure I was satisfied... I haven't been this impressed in a long time. Can't recommend enough.

I came to see Christina yesterday because I haven’t had a haircut in so many years and desperately needed to do something for myself .. I was nervous for sure but this amazing lady took her time talking to me about what I wanted and didn’t want .. how much time I’d put into styling it etc and I am so super happy with the entire experience! .. my hair cut is so amazing and with the styling lesson she gave me I knew how to do my hair like she did so I really feel like this was definitely money well spent and will be back to see her regularly ☺️☺️☺️ Thank u Christina 😊😊

First and foremost I want to Thank Ali who was the most patient and understanding with my caotic schedual as I sell cars at house of cars calgary Horton road location. Acknowledging that I work 6 days a week and only having Sundays off, made his schedual avaiable for Me! Made me feel special and not just a hair dye appointment. He went above and beyond with my hair, experience, and made the whole process comforting knowing I was switching hair stylists was stressful enough but made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. I hadn't had my hair done for about 5 1/2 months Being so dark naturally and wanting pretty light for the summer I was nervous. His knowledge on the process and explanation made me feel at ease. I brought my 2 small boys with me which they were both treated like kings, Wi-Fi for there tablets water and the girls there kept them entertained with conversation. I will definitely be going back to see Ali he is easy going Very experienced and I didn't want it to end. Can't wait to come back for a trim and to have everything all over again Great Job Ali you are the man!! Thanks Lianna!!

Skye is amazing! She is the best stylist...ever! I have seen a ton of stylist to get my hair highlighted and none compare to her talent and wicked personality. The vibe at Diva Salon southcentre was very friendly and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. I have finally found my forever stylist!
