Chatters Hair Salon

My stylist yesterday barely even trimmed my bangs, and cut them completely different to what I asked for. After my brief trim, she tried to sell me some overpriced hair products. She was also not very friendly when seating me, and kept making remarks about how my hair was dirty. (I wash my hair every second day and my bangs tend to get greasy faster. I was fully aware of this but she didn't need to keep pointing it out.) Overall I had an unpleasant experience here and won't ever be coming back.

Extremely happy with this salon Tania was very professional and pleasant when dealing with a concern of mine and my stylist did a great job as well. 10/10 would recommend

Usually I have very good experiences at this location. But I usually book with Madison. She’s fantastic. The last two times I’ve been in, she’s been on Mat leave so I’ve gone to other ladies. Both times have been a disappointment. The most recent appointment, I asked for a nice rich auburn colour, and walked out with it almost black. Not only that she totally botched my undercut. I had to get my boyfriend to cut it down so it was the length it needed and to get the horrible, crooked lines out of it. I’m going to hold off my next appointment until Madison is back.

Bailey is an amazing hairdresser! She is super friendly, very professional, and listens to what you want. I only trust her to cut/dye my hair! There are also tons of products to choose from.

I saw Dana today, and she gave me a great cut- exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely go back to see her. I usually hate getting cuts because I dislike “chatting,” however genuinely enjoyed this visit. Thanks Dana!
